Host an Event
The Town of Midland is a great place to host a wide range of outdoor events, including festivals, walks/runs, parades, competitions, concerts, and water events. We look forward to working with you to ensure a successful Special Event in the Town of Midland for the enjoyment of our residents and visitors!
Application Process
To host your event on municipal property in Midland, you must review the special events planning guide, read the special events policy, and complete the special events application form.
Promote Your Event
Once your event has been approved by staff and the logistics have been coordinated, we welcome you to submit your approved event to the Town's community calendar.
Funding
Your event may be eligible for full or partial funding through the Town's Community Grant Program, which local not-for-profit groups and registered charities. Applications typically open in the spring for projects the following year.
