Event Spaces

Community Hall

Ideal for weddings, fundraisers, and large gatherings.

  • Capacity: Up to 400 (or 150 per side when divided)
  • Amenities: Event kitchen (stove, walk-in fridge, prep area), LLBO licensed bar

Seniors Room

Perfect for mid-sized events and social functions.

  • Capacity: Up to 100
  • Amenities: Removable bar, optional kitchen access (additional fee), LLBO licensed bar

Bill Thompson Room

Great for meetings, workshops, or smaller receptions.

Multi-Purpose Room

Book the multi-purpose room for private use, the room can accommodate up to 25 people.

Margaret Scott Room

Booking Fine Print

  • Minimum Rental: 3-hour booking required for all event spaces and meeting rooms.
  • Additional Fees May Apply: please see the complete fees and charges list for details.
  • Damage Deposit: $300 required for weddings, buck and does, fundraisers.
  • Facility user insurance is required.
  • All Non-North Simcoe (excluding Springwater Township) users are subject to a 5% non-resident fee on all rental charges.
