The Town is developing a Parks, Trails & Recreation Master Plan to assist with budgeting and work plans for recreation facilities, parks, trails, program delivery, and how these services are delivered to the community.

Midland offers outdoor covered spaces for rental at Little Lake Park and Pete Peterson Park for private use.

Booking Fine Print

  • Pavilion rentals are priced by the hour (3 hour minimum) or by the day.
  • Facility user insurance is required.

Park and Pavilion Rentals Rental Fees

Large Pavilion (per Hour) $46.00

  • 3 hour minimum applies
  • Fitness class pricing - $13 per hour (minimum once per week, 4 consecutive weeks booking required)

Large Pavilion (per Day) $276.00

Small Pavilion or Picnic Shelter (per Hour) $19.00

  • 3 hour minimum applies
