Posted June 18, 2026: Construction activity is scheduled to begin in mid-August and be completed by the end of October. Nearby properties have received two notices so far, and will be receiving a construction notice a few weeks prior to work starting.

Work is expected to be awarded to the successful contractor and work initiated by June 1, 2026, with an anticipated completed date by October 31, 2026, subject to change.
