Ellen Street Reconstruction Project

Project Status: Substantially Completed
Estimated Completion: Spring 2026

Ellen Street underwent reconstruction from King Street to Johnson Street. The project started in June 2025. Emergency access was maintained at all times. 

This project included: 

• Replacement of existing sanitary sewer and watermain, including services to property line.
• Drainage improvements and storm sewer upgrades.
• Full road reconstruction, including new curb, sidewalks, granulars and asphalt.
• Reinstatement of all disturbed areas to previous or better condition, including sections of driveways or boulevard affected by construction.
