• What: Amendment to the Building Permit Fees (Building By-Law No. 2005-51) as per Section 7(6) of the Building Code Act, 1992.
• When: Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
• Where: In-Person at the Town Hall or virtually on Zoom
• Why: To comment on the proposed increase of approximately 3.3% to the existing building permit and associated fees to cover reasonable expected costs for activities performed under the Building Code Act.
