Rotary Waterfront Trail
The Midland Rotary Waterfront Trail offers over 8km of scenic trail with easy access to downtown, the harbour, parks, and attractions. Informative plaques highlight Midland’s maritime and industrial heritage. An e-bike charging station is located along the trail.
Trailhead Signage
The Town installed 18 signs along the Rotary Waterfront Trail in spring 2026, funded by the Town’s capital budget, Simcoe County's Trails Connecting Communities Program, and the Trans Canada Trail Catalyst Fund. These signs follow Regional Tourism Organization 7 guidelines, which standardize signage across the region. These improvements were identified by the Town’s Active Transportation Committee to better support residents and visitors exploring the trail.
E-bike Charging Station
The Rotary Waterfront Trail e-bike charging station is located at the north-west side of King Street and Bayshore Drive, near the entrance to the Harbour Marina parking lot.
