Recreation Programs
From the end of September to the end of March every year, the Bourgeois Community Centre, 527 Len Self Blvd, offers public skating, shinny, and sledge hockey programs for people of all ages. Shuffleboard programs run from the Thursday after Thanksgiving to the Thursday before Victoria Day every year.
Drop-in fees and schedules are posted on this webpage when programs are being offered.
Public Skating Programs
Adult/Senior Skate Mondays & Wednesdays, 1:15–2:15pm
First date for 2026/27 season: Monday, September 28
Cost: $40 per season pass or $2 per skate
Pre-school Skate Tuesdays & Thursdays, 11am–12:15pm
First date for 2026/27 season: Tuesday, September 29
Cost: $40 per season pass or $2 per skate per family
Parent & Tot Skating Sundays, 1–2pm

Cost per skate: Adult: $3 | Child (12 & under): $2 | Family: $8
Saturday Public Skating Saturdays, 1:30–2:45pm
