Detour Suggestion: Portion of King St will be closed;
- Detour onto Elizabeth St to First St to Hugel Ave to continue onto King St.
Why: Downtown Midland Tree Lighting starting at 5:30 p.m.

Notice of Passing of a Development Charges By-law (Development Charges Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c.27)
Take notice that on November 6th, 2024, the Council of the Town of Midland passed By-law 2024-57 to amend By-law 2019-80, as amended, by amending section 14, which specifies that the By-law will expire five years after coming into effect, on November 25, 2024.

Midland raises flag for the Salvation Army Kettle Campaign

Today Mayor Bill Gordon, gathered with staff and members from the Midland Salvation Army and was joined by Tiny Township Mayor David Evans to raise the Salvation Army flag and kick off the 2024 Kettle Campaign that started on November 21. Thank you to the dedicated team and volunteers with the Salvation Army for all you do.
You can find kettles locally in: Midland at Walmart, Real Canadian Superstore, Canadian Tire, LCBO (in December), and one at the Penetanguishene Village Square Mall.
