Overnight line painting operations in Midland

Midland is getting some fresh new road lines!
Line painting operations will be taking place this week, weather permitting. To limit traffic disruptions, this work will happen overnight.
You may encounter:
- Minimal noise interruptions overnight,
- work and construction vehicles with flashing safety lighting,
- overnight rolling traffic delays throughout Midland.

Temporary Road Closure - Ellen Street

Where: Sections of Ellen Street will be closed between King Street to Johnson Street.
When: Starting June 2025 to November 2025
Why: Ellen Street Reconstruction
Other Information:
- Additional closures and interruptions may take place throughout the project area.
- Access to properties will be maintained.
- Use alternate routes and follow posted detour signage.

- Mid-Pen Transit - no service on Tuesday, July 1.
